Shift Time Zone: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (10:30 PM to 6:30 AM India time November to March and 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM India time March to November) Job Summary: The web developer and digital tools analyst will primarily focus on keeping .us and .ai up to date. They will also understand the functionality of Salesforce Pardot / now called the Account Engagement platform. Key Responsibilities: Update website. Help with Account Engagement automation and clean up/lists etc. Help create and manage (API) connections between platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce, Chatbot, etc.) Help with SEM search engine marketing and connectivity to setting up Google Ads. Manage website CMS activities like page creation/layout, website maintenance, on-page SEO, user experience updates, etc. Support SEO strategy by working with content owners to define content, onsite and keyword optimization strategies, etc. Migrate newly acquired subsidiaries to our corporate web servers. Manage SSL certificate for all and subsidiary websites. Manage access control, management, and security for and subsidiary websites and content. Manage domains for all and subsidiary domains. Manage website privacy maintenance Monitor, maintain, and optimize the web hosting server environment and backups to ensure maximum security and uptime. Monitor, maintain, organize, and consolidate registrar accounts (domains, DNS, hosting, SSLs) for all properties. Help with any other miscellaneous marketing technology-related tasks (very much a jack-of-all-trades and a quick learner). Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: WordPress and Elementor are required Account Engagement is required Experience in Web Development Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences Ability to develop high-quality presentation materials Preferred qualifications, skills and experience: Google Analytics is preferred GoDaddy is preferred Why Join Us?
