We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PHP Laravel & Vue.Js Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Laravel. Exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects on time. As a Senior PHP Laravel Developer, you will play a critical role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, while ensuring alignment with our business objectives. The role will include project/team management and some hands development.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel framework.Experience with VueJS/ReactJS, (also Wordpress is beneficial)Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Lead and manage multi-functional technical projects [web/mobile] simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.Actively participate in the technical aspects of projects, including writing and reviewing code, performing technical assessments, and ensuring quality standards are met.Design and implement database structures for web applications.Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance your skills.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.6-9 years of proven experience as a PHP Laravel Developer or similar role.Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework.Must have 3-5 years of experience with VueJS.Expertise in Laravel automation packages.Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.High-level knowledge of mobile application development.Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.Good to have experience with WordPress.Independently manage client calls and address client queries efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Quick and responsive to emails, calls and tickets.Proven experience as a Team lead or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Must have good knowledge of time tracking software of Jira and Bitbucket.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Aspires to grow into a full-fledged development lead. Is proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
