Innovative Enhancements: Report on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) projects to boost conversions. Introduce competitor tracking and benchmarking, monitoring progress throughout the year. Test new features, such as live chat with AI support, ensuring readiness by the end of Q2. Integration Data Collection: Integrate financial services journeys with 2025 partners to drive conversions. Increase data collection opportunities to enhance nurture marketing efforts. Deliverables Achieve measurable improvements in technical SEO, including improved site speed and mobile responsiveness.
