Inspection of Sheet Metal Parts (Weld) Experience of BIW production process Active Participation in BIW Proto Trials for Accuracy Maturation, Defects Analysis & countermeasure implementation. Closure Accuracy Maturation, Press & Roller Hemming accuracy maturation. Technical Skill: Knowledge about New Model Quality Maturation Plan & BIW Weld Process Knowledge about F ARO/Portable Scanning, CMM Inspection, ATOS Scanning and various Alignment methods used for inspection. Knowledge ab out Closure Quality Maturation process. Knowledge about assembly related issues reported for closures & White Body. Knowledge about Jig Planning Sheet & Basic concepts like Datum Pin.
