Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement employee welfare programs to improve morale, motivation, and productivity. Conduct regular Employee Satisfaction Surveys to identify areas of improvement in employee engagement and grievance handling. Provide counseling services to employees on personal issues, career development, and conflict resolution. Handle employee grievances through effective grievance redressal mechanisms to maintain a positive work environment. Design and deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication skills, wellness practices, and other relevant topics.
