Role & responsibilities To implement HR & Admin policies in line with company standards. To fulfill the manpower requirements of the factory by recruitment and selection of manpower at various levels of management across diversified functions. To play a proactive role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations. Must be aware of all labor laws, and also oversee the strict adherence to the same. To carry out the worker's engagement and retention activities, to promote harmonious relations among workers, and thereby enhance productivity levels. To oversee the transactional activities related to talent management and also contribute and recommend transformational process improvement. To supervise the time office and attendance activities. Effective liasoning with government/semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies to ensure good public relations. To handle social & buyer compliance of the Hyderabad unit. Ability to lead a team of HR people for handling employee grievances, training, and development so as to control attrition, thereby enhancing productivity. Handling and completing the personnel records, including personal files. Handling the payroll (Company and Contractual) of the Sarai Unit. Coordination with the Contractor Representative for the supply of manpower. To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
