At Lavishtag , we don't just sell jewellery—we help people express themselves. Role Description We are hiring a Branding Expert (Core Team Member) for a full-time, on-site role in Rourkela, Odisha. This key position involves building and executing strong brand strategies, maintaining brand identity, and leading end-to-end marketing and PR campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, creating promotional materials, managing social media presence, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. This is a leadership role with hands-on responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned w i th busi n ess goalsManag e and maintain the visual and verbal brand identityPlan and execute digital marke ting, PR, a nd promo tional campaignsCoord inate with designers, content creators, and m ark e ting teamsAnaly ze market trends and competitor activity to refine brand positioningGener ate and manag e engaging content across social media and other digital platformsHandl e publi c relations (PR) – including influencer collaborations, media outreach, and brand reputation managementEnsur e brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpointsContr ibute to strat egic discussions as part of the core lead e rship team Qualifications: Strong understanding of brand development, management, and positioning Proven experience in PR strategy and media relationship building Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills Ability to think creatively and solve problems with a strategic mindset Team player , with a collaborative attitude in an on-site work environment Experience in fashion , jewellery , or lifestyle sectors is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in branding and PR 📍 Location: Rourkela, Odisha Show more Show less
