About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team and drive the sales of our comprehensive BIM (Building Information Modeling) services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of success in identifying and closing sales opportunities. Roles and Responsibilities : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies. Identify and prioritize target industries and segments with high growth potential. Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, industry events, and online platforms. Qualify leads based on their potential value and fit with our service offerings. Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our BIM services. Address customer concerns and objections with effective problem-solving skills Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall business development strategy. Identify and explore new market opportunities and service offerings. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Close deals effectively and achieve sales targets. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales within the AEC industry (minimum 5 years). Experience with specific BIM services (e.g., 3D Modeling, Clash Detection, Quantity Takeoff, Scan to BIM). Knowledge of BIM tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, Tekla Structures). Knowledge of construction processes, industry standards, and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Key Details for the Position: You will be responsible for interacting with prospective customers and introducing them to our company and its BIM Services. You will be working from a remote location (WFA/WFH), with access to a computer, smartphone, and internet. Travel-related expenses for meetings will be reimbursed by the company under the guidance of your Manager - Sales. Job timings will be from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with an off on Sunday. Training for this position will span 6 working days, after which your performance will be assessed. Successful completion of training will lead to your joining. Reimbursement: Your probationary period will be for 3 months with the company. After that you may be considered for permanent joining. Salary during your probationary period will be as per your previous salary in your previous organisation, supported by salary slips and/or bank statement. You are expected to achieve a monthly closing amounting to at least 6 times of your salary, else your reimbursement will be proportional. A hike of 25% will be there in salary after 3 months of working with the company on completion of your probationary period. Plus you will be entitled to a 3% bonus as an incentive for better performance over and above the target. No upper cap in reimbursement.
