Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Operate milling machine (WFL) and lathe machine (Millturn) to produce high-quality parts. Monitor and control the machining process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall production output. Maintain accurate records of production data, including part numbers produced, cycle times, and defect rates. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience operating milling machines (WFL) or lathes (Millturn). Strong understanding of CNC programming principles for milling operations. Proficiency in reading blueprints/drawings for part specifications.
