Job Title: WhatsApp Business Communications Lead Location: Onsite (Sattva Global City Bangalore) Type: Full-time Responsibilities: · Develop and manage the WhatsApp marketing strategy. · Create engaging conversational flows for student inquiries. · Design personalized messaging sequences based on student interests. · Set up and optimize WhatsApp chatbots for initial engagement. · Create templates for counselors to use in personal interactions. · Monitor WhatsApp campaign performance and optimize accordingly. · Train the counseling team on effective WhatsApp communication. Requirements: · 2+ years experience in messaging or WhatsApp marketing. · Strong understanding of conversational marketing. · Experience with WhatsApp Business API and templates. · Knowledge of compliance requirements for messaging. · Excellent written communication skills. · Ability to develop engaging yet concise messaging. · Understanding of the Indian higher education landscape.
