WALKAROO INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD is looking for WIN - SIC to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Required a BE/B.Tech Mechanical candidate with 0-2 years of experiences.Fresher also prefered. Lead the planning and execution of strategic workforce innovation initiatives under the Workforce Innovation Network (WIN) programs. Engage with stakeholders to assess workforce needs, identify gaps, and design data-driven implementation strategies. Facilitate cross-sector collaboration among public agencies, educational institutions, and industry partners to ensure alignment of workforce programs with economic goals. Provide technical assistance, performance monitoring, and evaluation support to ensure effective program delivery. Develop and disseminate toolkits, policy briefs, and best practice documentation. Track and report progress of initiatives, identifying risks and proposing solutions for improved outcomes. Conduct training workshops and strategic consultations for workforce development boards and local governments. Stay abreast of national workforce trends, funding opportunities, and policy shifts that impact implementation efforts.
