Role & responsibilities Required Skills: Provide L2 support Windows for Server environments (Windows 2012, 2016, 2019, etc.). Perform system administration tasks including installation, configuration, and management of Windows-based servers. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server connectivity, and application errors. performance,•network Collaborate with L1 support and escalate issues as necessary. Monitor, maintain, and patch systems to ensure and compliance.•stability, security, Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures. Experience with Windows Server technologies virtualization like Hyper-V or VMware. Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for managing Windows workloads and environments. Assist in the design, and optimization of cloud-based infrastructures.•deployment, Automate routine tasks and improve efficiency using PowerShell scripting or other automation tools. Work on cloud-based systems (e.g., virtual machines, storage solutions, cloud services) to support and manage hybrid environments. cross-functional•Collaborate with teams to ensure proper integration of Windows environments with other enterprise systems.
