Preferred candidate profile 1. Full Time Education in B.Sc / BE & B.Tech / BCA. 2. Candidate should be stable in his career and education. 3. CTC - Experience * 1.5 /2.5 (depends on interview) 4. Windows Admin with active directory, GPO, VAPT, Patching. 5. Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days joiner. Role & responsibilities 1. Manage Operating on Windows standard operations (patching, Security Request) and changes. 2. provide tech support to other Level 2 team members 3. Coordonate support activities with external support, On-Site Support team, and Safran internal support team 4. Be primary contact for all incident. Analyze, diagnose, propose and implement technical solution to restore the service 5. Participate to application project 6. Perform problem management, root cause analysis and record solutions in the knowledge base.
