Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Windows Server Administrator with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational knowledge in Windows Server environments , Active Directory, virtualization platforms , system monitoring , and backup management . Role & responsibilities Install and rebuild servers; configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage. Administer and support Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 . Monitor system health, review system and application logs, and schedule jobs. Perform backup and recovery tasks using tools like NetBackup , Veeam , or Bacula . Work with NAS storage systems such as NetApp or EMC for basic storage operations. Apply patches and updates using BigFix or equivalent patch management tools. Support virtualization platforms like VMware , Hyper-V , or Nutanix including VM creation and snapshot management. Manage user accounts and perform basic tasks in Active Directory .
