Role & responsibilities Develop and document User Requirement Specifications (URS) for new equipment, systems, and processes.Work closely with stakeholder, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA), to gather project requirements.Assist in creating Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Design Qualification (DQ) documents.Support vendor selection by defining technical specifications and reviewing proposals.Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards while defining project requirements.Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to track project progress.Assist in preparing risk assessments, validation protocols, and technical reports.Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control.Provide support in equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.Preferred candidate profile Experience: 0-2 yearsEducation: Bachelor's/Masters in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Knowledge of equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and validation processes.Familiarity with AutoCAD or other technical design tools (optional).Perks and benefits Interested candidates can share their cv at rhythma.bhatia@wingspharma.com
