Acting as a liaison between the administration, teachers, students, and parents, the Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations while implementing strategic initiatives to enhance educational outcomes. Academic Leadership & Curriculum ImplementationEnsure effective curriculum planning, implementation, and review in alignment with CBSE standards.Collaborate with teachers and department heads to improve instructional strategies and student learning outcomes.Monitor student performance and facilitate necessary academic interventions.Support the execution of assessments, board exams, and evaluation processes.2. Student Support & WelfareOversee student academic progress, discipline, and behavioral interventions.Coordinate with counselors and special education teams to address student needs.Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.Promote student leadership programs and extracurricular activities.3. Teacher Supervision & Professional DevelopmentProvide guidance and mentorship to teachers, ensuring high teaching standards.Conduct classroom observations and offer constructive feedback.Organize teacher training programs, workshops, and professional development sessions.4. Event Planning & Extracurricular ActivitiesLead the planning and execution of school events, cultural programs, and academic competitions.Oversee student participation in inter-school events, sports, and leadership initiatives.Ensure seamless coordination of field trips, annual functions, and parent engagement activities.5. Communication & Stakeholder EngagementAct as a bridge between school management, teachers, parents, and students.Facilitate regular parent-teacher meetings and communicate academic progress updates.Ensure timely resolution of student and parent concerns.6. Policy Enforcement & ComplianceEnsure adherence to school policies, CBSE guidelines, and education regulations.Support in documentation, reporting, and regulatory audits.Work with school leadership to ensure effective policy implementation.7.
