Gender Preference: Only Female Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Woman Field Analyst / Survey Officer to join our team for a statewide survey based on various activities related to women entrepreneurship projects. The role involves traveling to different districts, interacting with localities and women entrepreneurs of those zone, collecting data, and preparing structured reports. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct field surveys and interviews across Tamil Nadu. · Travel extensively to assigned locations with the survey team. · Ensure accurate and ethical data collection from respondents. · Maintain detailed records and submit structured reports to the team head. · Work closely with the team to ensure smooth survey operations. · Engage with local communities to gather insights on challenges and opportunities for women entrepreneurs. Requirements: · Gender: Only Female · Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work, Economics, Gender Studies, Rural Development, or related fields. · Experience: Prior experience in field surveys, data collection, or community-based research Is a plus. Skills: · Strong communication. · Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Forms, data entry). · Ability to work in a team and adapt to rural/urban field conditions. · Personal Attributes: · Willingness to travel extensively. · Empathy and sensitivity toward women entrepreneurs. · Problem solving and analytical skills.
