The WordPress Developer cum Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites while also planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of technical skills in web development and expertise in digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in both fields and a passion for creating and promoting engaging digital content. Experience: 2-4 yearsLocation: Khar west Key Responsibilities:Website Development:Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.Design and implement new features and functionalities.Ensure high performance, availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.Theme and Plugin Development:Create custom WordPress themes and plugins.Customize existing themes and plugins to meet project requirements.Ensure themes and plugins are optimized for performance and SEO.Front-end and Back-end Development:Develop and style user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Manage back-end development including database management and server-side configurations.Integrate third-party APIs and services.Website Maintenance and Optimization:Conduct regular website performance tests and optimizations.Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.Implement security measures and monitor security updates.Digital Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.Manage SEO efforts to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.Content Management and Creation:Assist in the creation and upload of website content.Ensure content is SEO-friendly and follows best practices.Work with content creators to improve website layout and design for better user engagement.Social Media Management:Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence.Develop and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance.Email Marketing:Design and distribute email marketing campaigns.Manage email lists, segment audiences, and track campaign performance.Optimize email marketing efforts based on analytics.Analytics and Reporting:Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.Compile regular reports on website and campaign performance.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers.Participate in project planning and strategy meetings.Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in WordPress development and digital marketing.Skills:Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
