Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Workato and Atlassian tools. Administer, optimize, and maintain Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to support automation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from across CCP to identify automation opportunities and improve processes. Develop, maintain, and enhance APIs to enable seamless integration and automation across systems. Troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent issues related to automation workflows and integrations. Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future scalability. Stay current with trends and advancements in automation technologies and tools to drive continuous improvement.
