Job Description

Job Title: Workday Adaptive Location: On-site, India Role Responsibilities Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive functionalities– Model sheets, reporting(Matrix/Dashboards/Office Connect, etc.).Need Finance ide not pure technical.Support testing phases across solution development life cycleDocument system design, configuration and development objectsDemonstrated knowledge of automated financial systems and best practicesYou will maintain and support Workday Adaptive models and reporting/modeling requirements advanced level day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users, including troubleshooting technical issues related to models and reporting and providing guidance on model/reporting-related questionsWorking closely with Workday Adaptive lead to identify improvement opportunities related to modeling and reporting.Document project deliverables, process and workflows.Work with end-users to promote system adoption and proficiency.Stay abreast of industry best practices and new features in Workday Adaptive Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Knowledge of business processes and system integration.Proficient in creating training materials and documentation.Experience in project management methodologies.Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.Willingness to adapt to changing business needs.Previous experience in an on-site role is preferred.
