Responsibilities Workday Reporting Specialist We are seeking a Workday Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in Workday reporting, dashboards, and security to support HR data needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing reports to enhance HR operations and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive report catalog for HR Partners. Create, test, and standardize reports while optimizing existing reports. Design reports to support the customization of Workday-delivered HR Partner Hub . Build reports for the Pay and Benefits Hub to improve data accessibility. Generate reports for a new Total Rewards statement , ensuring clarity and accuracy. A strong understanding of Workday security is essential for this role, as well as hands-on experience in creating reports that align with HR and business requirements. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions that enhance HR reporting and analytics.
