Job Description

Process employment and life event related transactions in Workday Process mass data updates in Workday Maintain set up tables associated with HR Data, update tables, add new codes etc., Process transactional requests from Workday worklists / Service now intake forms Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of data. Process reimbursements per the policy, ensuring right documentation is available JOB RESPONSIBILITY Supporting the life cycle of an employee through routine and complex Workday transactional processing Understand the downstream impact of transactions to other areas of the business e.g.: benefits, payroll Maintain benefits, compensation, payroll and tax data including approval of certain transactions Review reimbursements and audit the transaction Provide employee and retiree forms per standard process Process employee and dependent verification information Manage survey administration Handle large amounts of confidential personal sensitive data and maintain confidential HR data Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately within SLA Generate user procedures, guidelines and documentation Provide exceptional customer service and work in a team-driven environment Complete data audits on time to ensure data integrity Take personal ownership for assigned tasks and identify and report problems or suggestions for improvement Collaborate with centers of excellence to ensure accuracy of data provided to customers, Partner with COE, SME, configurators and security Collect, organize, interpret, analyze and visualize significant amounts of information Ensure that all reporting requests are processed accurately within SLA Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results are compliant with company standards and data security protocols Complete data requests by accessing archival data resources using Toad. Develop and maintain reports from all HR systems to support needs of various departments and provide periodic HR Metrics Timeliness in completing essential duties, ability to prioritize workload and adhere to deadlines Provide exceptional customer service and work in a team-driven environment Complete special projects as assigned QUALIFICATION Bachelors degree in any discipline with 8+ years in HR Data Management / HR Operations experience Proficient Workday functional user for Core HR modules Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power point, Power BI) Organizational and prioritization skills will be essential in maintaining high service levels Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests in an effective and timely manner. EXPERIENCE At least 8+ years overall experience and at least 5+ years in Workday HCM Functional knowledge of Workday Core HR module Experience with working with Global HR Data, particularly US and Asia Pacific Knowledge of HR lifecycle processes SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Sense of urgency Critical thinking Time management
