Job Title: Workday Finance Functional Consultant Experience: 4 to 14 Years Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Work Mode: Hybrid / Onsite (as per project requirement) Job Summary: We are looking for Workday Finance Functional Consultants with solid experience in Workday Financials implementation projects . The ideal candidates should be Workday Certified , possess deep functional knowledge across core financial modules, and demonstrate hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation. If you're a functional expert with strong client-facing abilities and a passion for Workday, wed like to meet you. Important Note: Please do NOT apply if: You have only integration or support experience . You are not Workday certified . You do not have Workday Financials implementation experience . Key Responsibilities: Lead or support the implementation of Workday Financials modules such as Core Financials, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Banking, Expenses, Projects, and Assets. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into Workday functional designs. Configure Workday Financials based on business needs. Perform testing (unit, system, UAT) and support defect resolution. Conduct knowledge transfer, training sessions, and user adoption workshops. Collaborate with business users, Workday technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and suggest relevant enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4 to 14 years of relevant experience with Workday Financials . Must have completed at least one full-cycle Workday Financials implementation . Workday Certification in Financials is mandatory . Strong functional expertise in at least 23 of the following Workday Financial modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Project Accounting Procurement Banking & Settlement Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
