We are seeking a Workday Deployment Tech Lead for a prestigious client in Hyderabad! If you excel in Workday implementation, configuration, and deployment, The Technical Deployment Lead will work closely with the Solution Architect and lead a team of technical specialists to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of all technical elements of the project. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the technical deployment of Workday and integrated HR technologies across multiple regions. * Oversee all aspects of the technical workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. * Collaborate with the Solution Architect to define the technical strategy, ensuring best practices and compliance. * Manage a team of technical specialists, providing leadership and guidance to drive successful implementation. * Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other HR systems, managing data migration, security, and system configurations. * Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure technical solutions meet strategic objectives. * Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities to optimize the deployment process. * Drive best practices for HR technology solutions to enhance user experience and streamline HR processes. * Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-deployment. Required Qualifications & Experience: * 8- 12 years of experience in HR technology deployment or similar roles. Proven experience managing a product related to HR/People Technology (Workday desirable). * Track record of delivering large-scale HR transformation projects across multiple countries. * Strong knowledge of Workday configurations, integrations, and security frameworks. * Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple stakeholders. * Ability to design, implement, and optimize HR interactive experiences. Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: * Workday certification(s) in Integration, Security, or Core HR modules. * Experience working with cloud-based HR technologies and API-driven integrations.
