Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Is responsible for the optimal functioning of the workplace for which he is in charge. • Implements tools to ensure that PC/images are up to date and running. • Workplace tooling management : SCCM, CTERA, AntiVirus, NexThink, BitLocker, Remote Assistance (BOMGAR), OIAR/AGPM. • Manage the conformity and compliancy of the computers through SCCM and Nexthink tools: monthly Patching KPI • Has a global and up-to-date vision of information systems as well as a good company knowledge. • Develops and control the rules for using the workplace in accordance with the norms and standards of company and in compliance with service contracts. Documents, Promotes and monitors their application. • Validates the installation and integration of new images, win packages and software in the production environment by using changes request process • Involve in workplace evolution project with the L3 SHE team. • Processes incidents and problems based on internal or escalated requests: diagnosis of the incident, identification, formulation and follow-up of its resolution, contact end-user to diagnostic, support and solve incidents and tasks. • Proposes improvements to optimize existing resources and their organization. • Provide the documentation of the workplace environemet in ordoer to comunicate inside and outside of the IS Service • Provide instruction and tools to helpdesk for their effectiveness Interested candidate share their profile on jyoti.mehra@safrangroup.com with CTC & notice period details.
