Role: Logistics Executive / Senior ExecutiveExperience: 2- 10 years in Warehouse operationsJoining: Immediate / less than 15 daysKey Responsibilities:Goods Receipt and Inspection (GRN):Oversee goods receipt processes.Ensure accurate inspection and documentation of received materials.Dispatch Operations:Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatch activities.Ensure on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.Returns Management:Handle return processes efficiently.Maintain proper documentation for returned goods.Loading and Unloading:Supervise loading/unloading activities.Ensure safety protocols and handling procedures are followed.Invoicing:Generate and verify invoices accurately.Ensure alignment with dispatch and delivery records.MIS Reporting:Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports related to logistics.Analyse and present data for operational improvements.Desired Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.Knowledge of GRN, dispatch processes, returns handling, and MIS reporting.Proficiency in using logistics and invoicing software/tools such as WMS, SAP, ERP, etc.Any degree or Diploma qualificationStrong team management and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.Should be ready to work in Rotational shiftsGood communication and problem-solving abilities.Must be proficient in local language (Kannada)Role & responsibilitiesReach me @ 7595070065
