Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager – Accounts with strong expertise in bank finance, accounting, income tax, and GST . The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to prepare CMA data and handle banking relationships , including negotiation and documentation for existing loans . This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead the accounting team while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the organization’s financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire accounts function including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting. Ensure timely preparation and submission of CMA data and other documents required by banks and financial institutions. Liaise with banks for day-to-day financing needs, loan renewals, and documentation for existing facilities. Manage bank finance operations , including working capital loans, term loans, and credit limits. Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS , and other statutory regulations. Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and budgeting activities. Lead annual audit and coordinate with external auditors and consultants. Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures. Provide strategic financial insights to the management for decision-making. Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team. Coordinate with internal departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred) Professional qualification such as CA / CPA / CMA is important Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Strong working knowledge of bank finance, CMA preparation, and loan management Expertise in Income Tax, GST, and other statutory compliances Experience in ERP/accounting software systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹950,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Accounting: 7 years (Required) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9873299960
