Looking for someone who has experience in creating harness in 2D and 3D. Required:Overall industry experience Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Wiring Harness Design DevelopmentExperience with CATIA logical design for electrical harness, 3D design of wiring harnessProficiency in Catia v6 and harness designDeep understanding of materials used in harness and PCBA manufacturing, including wire types, connectors, epoxies, PCB design considerations, electrical components, board conformal coating materials and application methodsBachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldAerospace or defense industry experience is strongly preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations as per business requirements. Manage configuration changes and ensure they are properly documented and implemented. Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windchill implementation, configuration, and integration. Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure optimal system performance. Work closely with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.Requirements Deep understanding of Windchill PLM software and its various modules. Strong in Database and Windchill Architecture. Proficiency in most functionalities of the Windchill environment like handling Business Objects (Parts, CAD Documents & Documents), Lifecycles, Workflows, OIRs, Queues, ACLs, Teams, Roles, Groups, Users, Templates, File Vaulting, Replication and Visualizations. Strong in investigate the technical and performance issues. Should have very good Administration experience on Windchill environments. Knowledge on DB Backups, System Administration, Performance monitoring and tuning will be added advantage. Good written and verbal communication skills, effective presentations skills.
