One word? Pathetic. Did not pickup a parcel. Keep sending messages regarding pickup every morning and send cancellation messages every evening even though it's been almost a month. No customer care to speak of. It's incredible that they are still in business.

I had ordered product from FirstCry for same day delivery and XpressBees is the official delivery partner of FirstCry. Though delivery was committed for same day but still product was not delivered by XpressBees on same day. One of worst courier service. Even Indian Post office is better than them.
