Job Description: Sales /Application engineer/Manager - Navigation (GNSS Receiver, GNSS Module, Antenna)Company: Xtragen Technologies Location: Bangalore, Delhi & hydrabad India Position Overview:Xtragen Technologies is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in selling GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) receivers, GNSS modules, and antennas. The ideal candidate will have expertise in navigating the technical aspects of GNSS products, coupled with the ability to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand our footprint in the navigation technology industry.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of GNSS receivers, GNSS modules, and antennas within the defined territory (mainly Bangalore and other key markets). Identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, delivering exceptional customer service.Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge: Provide technical guidance to clients, ensuring that they understand the features, benefits, and application of GNSS products. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and prospective customers. Support the technical team in providing customized solutions for customer requirements.Market Analysis & Strategy: Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the GNSS sector. Assist in the creation and execution of targeted sales strategies and campaigns.Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, and proposal submission to closing deals. Prepare and deliver quotations, follow-up on negotiations, and ensure timely closure of sales.Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing and engineering teams to align product offerings with market needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems. Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts to management.Customer Support & Post-Sales Activities: Coordinate with the support team to address customer concerns and provide post-sales support. Ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues and providing continuous support. Key Requirements:Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in sales of GNSS receivers, GNSS modules, and antenna products, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the navigation technology industry, including GNSS technology and its applications, is highly desirable.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of GNSS technology, including hardware such as GNSS receivers, modules, antennas, and related software. Familiarity with product applications in industries such as automotive, surveying, geospatial, IoT, and agriculture.Sales & Communication: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in GNSS technology will be a plus.Location: Based in Bangalore, with a willingness to travel within the region and occasionally to other locations as required.
