Developing flowchart and program methodology. Implementing appropriate design pattern including multiprocessing and optimization for mechatronics systems. Design and implement custom LabVIEW programs for real-time visualization and control of experimental parameters and data acquisition. Conduct rigorous testing to ensure compatibility with diverse setups and adherence to project specifications. Provide technical support to R&D teams throughput the automation project lifecycle. Document automation designs and contribute to the development of SOPs for automation systems in the R&D environment. Strong knowledge of communication protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, UDP, GPIB, USB, CAN, RS-232, RS-485 etc.) and experience in implementing them in LabVIEW applications. Strong experience of working in Object Oriented Programming concepts (OOPs) using LabVIEW is must. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Understand the requirement, design, and develop the NI LabVIEW based data acquisition and control system. Experienced in using and integrating all types of NI hardware i.e., PXI, CRIO, CDaq system.

3-8 years of relevant industry experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Platforms with specialization in Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP. Solid experience of Python Programming Language and libraries. Experience with Large Language Models and Natural Language Processing. Familiarity with the Pytorch, Tensorflow framework. Experience with software development lifecycle(SDLC). Experience in manufacturing industry grade software development.

Strong Experience in measuring BIW testing fixtures and Gauges. Experience in Incoming Inspection of parts. Experience in testing Spot welding, Mig welding fixtures. Program & Operate CMM machines for measuring parts. Strong Experience in CMM of BIW Fixtures and Gauges. Perform calibration of CMM equipment & verify accuracy. Experience in Automation Industry.

Understanding application requirement and deciding control system architecture. Providing Automation Solution as per required industrial standards. PLC programming, HMI programming, SCADA programming, factory testing (FAT) and site testing (SAT). Very strong programming knowledge in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives, Motion. On site installation, testing and commissioning of automation systems. Strong experience in troubleshooting and maintenance activities. Documentation- Preparation of IO list, cable schedule, junction box schedule, control logic, and other relevant project standard documentation.
