Role & responsibilities Provide expert technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware via phone, email, or in-person.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and business applications.- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.- Configure and debug desktop programs.- Ensure seamless Local Area Network (LAN) operations.- Install computer peripherals for users.- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.Preferred candidate profile Proficient in:Windows Professional OS (XP-10)Microsoft Office (all versions) - Internet Explorer - Business applicationsTCP/IP and networking fundamentalsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service skills.ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
