The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise and MNC clients. This role requires an individual who excels in generating leads, prospecting, and establishing relationships with CXOs, Strategic Heads, and Business Heads. The candidate should be open to working in a startup environment, where adaptability, initiative, and a hands-on approach are key to success.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential enterprise and large MNC clients for IT contract recruitment services.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Lead Generation and Prospecting:Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.Qualify leads and set up meetings with key decision-makers within target organizations.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Strategic Heads, and Business Heads.Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet their specific requirements.Sales Presentations and Negotiations:Conduct effective sales presentations to prospective clients.Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to close deals successfully.Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client acquisition metrics.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales (IT Staffing background will be an added benefit) with a focus on enterprise and MNC clients.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of the IT industry and recruitment processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
