Role & responsibilities Working on a complete recruitment cycle.Resolving and addressing day-to-day admin-related issues.Managing applications in ATS.Handling employee engagement.Assigning work to office staff.Handling the onboarding process.Handling the exit process.Ensuring a structured management of all the important data of the company.Working on other administration-related works.Preferred candidate profile Good communication skills.Experience with any ATS & HRMS, preferably Zoho Recruit & Zoho People.Must be proficient in English (written and spoken).Must have a problem-solving attitude.Must be professional and approachable to the employees.Must be tech-savvy.Perks and benefits 5 day work-week.
