Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and research potential clients in target industries using LinkedIn, databases, and other tools.Generate quality leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, and budget.Cold Calling & Email Outreach:Conduct cold calls to engage potential clients and introduce our SaaS product.Craft and send personalized email sequences to nurture leads.Follow up with leads through multiple touchpoints to increase conversion rates.Sales Pitch & Product Demonstration:Present product features and benefits to potential clients through virtual demos.Understand customer pain points and position the SaaS solution as the best fit.Address objections effectively to drive interest and engagement.Pipeline & CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).Track and report sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.Closing Deals & Achieving Targets:Convert qualified leads into customers by negotiating and closing deals.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build strong relationships with clients for potential upselling and referrals. Requirements & Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, cold calling, or business development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects effectively.Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and lead-generation strategies is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field is preferred.Perks and benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing SaaS company.Career growth and learning opportunities.A dynamic and collaborative work culture.
