Your Impact on our Mission As a Team Lead in our Data Analytics team, you will lead the data analytics, visualization, and reporting efforts for a specific segment of the business - such as patient, provider, or platform. Your primary focus will be to empower stakeholders with actionable, self-service insights that drive strategic decision-making and ensure the ongoing health and growth of the business.As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee a team of 2-5 analysts, guiding their work on key projects, setting priorities, and providing coaching to support their professional growth.
