Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Zoetic Ayurvedics to help us drive product awareness, sales, and market share.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Develop and execute product marketing strategies and plans to drive product growth, market penetration, and brand visibility.Sales Force Training: Develop and deliver product-specific training programs to the sales force, ensuring that they have a deep understanding of our pharmaceutical products and are well-equipped to communicate the value propositions to healthcare professionals.Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges, and use this information to shape marketing strategies.Campaigns and Promotional Activities: Create compelling, data-driven product marketing campaigns and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and other activities to engage with healthcare professionals.Content Creation: Generate high-quality marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, brochures, and digital content to support sales efforts.Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in talent acquisition, compliance with regulatory standards, employee development, and creating a positive workplace culture.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruitment for R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Production, and Sales functions Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires 2. HR Compliance & DocumentationMaintain HR records in compliance with pharma industry standards and audits (WHO GMP, USFDA, EU GMP, etc.) Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and pharma-specific compliance norms Support internal and external audits with required HR documentation 3.
