Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruitment for R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Production, and Sales functions Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires 2. HR Compliance & DocumentationMaintain HR records in compliance with pharma industry standards and audits (WHO GMP, USFDA, EU GMP, etc.) Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and pharma-specific compliance norms Support internal and external audits with required HR documentation 3. Performance ManagementDrive annual appraisal cycles, probation evaluations, and goal-setting processes Work closely with department leads to ensure constructive performance feedback and development plans Monitor KPIs and training needs based on performance insights 4.
