Job Summary: We are seeking candidate for Zoho Consultant position with hands on experience in customizations on ZOHO platform and configuration of ZOHO platform. We are looking for someone who is a good problem solver, self-starter, and a team player. Your primary responsibility to customize the ZOHO platform for MCS and manage it and work on customer engagements as per the scope of customizations and integrations. Ability to work in a mature Scrum environment, committing to and achieving the agreed upon scope of work is required. Key Responsibilities: 2+ years of experience as ZOHO Consultant Design and develop custom solutions on Zoho platform and configure new instances of Zoho Products (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, People, Payroll, etc) to meet Business requirements. Develop scripts for customizations and automations. Integrate Zoho products and external apps with Zoho Products Provide consultation to customers on Zoho products. Well versed with Zoho products and pricing and feature and limitations with each plan Support Zoho platform and customize the corporate instance. Key Requirements: Well versed with functionality of Zoho One (Zoho Products) Ability to articulate the concepts and features. Understand Business requirements and prepare the solution document. Ability to work on your own with minimal guidance. Ability to work in ambiguous environment and meet set timelines. Good written and spoken communication skills. BCA or BTECH is required.
