Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Zonal Enterprise Lead(Manger Level). The Zonal Enterprise Lead will be responsible for driving the Salary accounts business through a dedicated sales team and would be involved in cold calling ,market visits and funnel management.He/She will be driving Salary accounts business along with cross selling. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market analysis, and ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction. Qualifications Mandatory Experience of Salary accounts Business and proven track record. Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Strategic Planning and Market Analysis experience Leadership and Team Management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field Show more Show less
