Job Description

We are hiring for Zonal Head - DSA - SahiBandhu FinTech Services ( The Manipal Group ) Key Responsibilities: Zonal Sales Strategy Development & Execution:- Develop and implement a zonal sales strategy to achieve company objectives and sales targets. Collaborate with the leadership team to align the zonal sales strategy with corporate goals. Monitor sales performance across the zone and ensure that goals are met. DSA Recruitment & Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of DSAs within the zone. Develop a strong pipeline of qualified DSAs, ensuring high-quality agent recruitment. Provide ongoing training and mentoring to ensure DSAs are equipped with the necessary tools and skills. DSA Performance Monitoring & Motivation: Set individual and team sales targets for the DSAs in the zone. Regularly assess DSA performance and implement measures to improve productivity and sales performance. Motivate and incentivize DSAs to meet and exceed targets by developing incentive programs and offering leadership support. Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition: Identify growth opportunities and new areas for expanding the DSA network within the zone. Work with DSAs to generate new business leads and ensure consistent customer acquisition. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive advantage. Sales Operations & Reporting: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to ensure DSA teams are on track to meet objectives. Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management, including sales data, market trends, and team performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities. Relationship Management & Support:- Build strong relationships with key DSAs and other stakeholders in the zone. Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide solutions to challenges faced by DSAs. Work closely with the regional and national teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment across the organization. Budget Management:- Oversee the zonal budget for DSA-related expenses, ensuring effective allocation and management of resources. Ensure the cost-efficiency of the DSA network while maintaining a focus on growth and profitability. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to create effective sales campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with HR and training teams for continuous improvement in DSA performance and retention. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is preferred. Experience:- Minimum of [X] years of experience in direct sales, with at least [X] years in a leadership position managing a large network of DSAs. Proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and achieving revenue targets. Skills:- Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and trends to make strategic decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of sales tools, CRM software, and other sales management platforms.
