Job Description for Zonal Job location Karnataka Site AGM Main Responsibilities – Responsible for Operation and Maintenance activities of Solar projects of Karnataka State. Must have experience to handle the portfolio of more than 500 MW. Predictive, Preventive and corrective Maintenance of Various Equipment’s Monitor and Analyze performance data (KPIs) of the solar plants Ensure Quality check of data and reports shared to HO Responsible to meet the business goals/KPI’s of zone. Preparation of Weekly/Monthly/yearly performance analysis reports of the state. JMR/Billing & Invoicing and interaction with local Government authorities. Spares and Inventory management of the State Coordination with HO and all other stake holders on zone related issues to solve. Internal Audit point closure Coordination with OEM and O&M vendors Good knowledge on HV and EHV Systems Budgetary control. Ensure Quality, Health & Safety at State. Ensure data availability and uptime of SCADA Ensure the closing of internal/external audit points Leading a team of Engineers / Managers and build competency of the team. Skills Required – Professional knowledge: Good technical & operational knowledge of Solar plants and the equipment installed in the plants Analytical Skills: Posses good analytical skills to analyze the performance of solar project viz – projected KPIs vs Actual KPIs. Communication Skills: Good communication skills, write and speak clearly. Computer Proficiency – Good command on MS office, Excel, Power point, etc. and knowledge of various statistical / analytical tools. Should have good experience in man management Experience – Preferably from Electrical / Electronic background. Should have knowledge and worked in Solar parks / Renewable sector for at least 06 - 08 years. Experience 12+ years.
