Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Zonal Head Product to drive sales and product leadership in aesthetics and dermatology within their respective region. This is a strategic role requiring deep domain knowledge, a strong doctor network (ideally 500+ contacts), and a proven track record in high-performance sales leadership and B2B engagement. Key Responsibilities Sales & Strategy Formulate and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with national objectives. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets (INR 5070 Lakhs+). Accelerate growth across dermatology clinics, salons, aesthetic centres. Team Leadership & Performance Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing zonal sales team. Drive daily performance reviews using CRM tools (Lead Squared or similar). Set clear goals and foster a results-driven, motivated culture. Doctor Engagement & Market Penetration Develop and sustain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Initiate and manage product trials, training, feedback loops, and conversions. Organize region-specific CMEs, workshops, and brand activations. Operational & Financial Discipline Oversee receivables and ensure adherence to credit periods no tolerance for delayed payments or product returns . Take ownership of collection targets and maintain healthy ageing lists. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with Marketing, Product, Medical Affairs, and Training teams to drive Go-To-Market strategies. Share real-time market insights, competitor benchmarking, and strategic input for portfolio development. Candidate Profile Experience: 10–15 years of experience in sales within the skincare, aesthetics, or dermatology domain, with prior experience in team leadership and B2B strategy.
