Job Description

We have urgent openings for the position of Zonal Manager with most of the leading Broking company in Direct Vertical. Job Description : Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a national direct sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Lead and mentor regional sales leaders and teams, focusing on performance and development. Set sales targets, KPIs, and metrics aligned with business goals. Identify new market opportunities to expand customer base and sales volume. Integrate service-to-sales principles for upselling and cross-selling. 2. Service-to-Sales Integration: Promote a service-to-sales approach to convert service inquiries into sales leads. Develop processes for customer service teams to identify and pass on sales opportunities. Train teams to enhance customer relationships and drive sales through service interactions. 3. Team Management & Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team using military discipline and leadership. Provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement and professional growth. Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration with clear goals. Build a talent pipeline and ensure succession planning for key positions. 4. Sales Operations & Execution: Oversee daily execution of sales strategies to meet quotas. Define best practices for sales processes across different channels. Monitor and adjust sales and service-to-sales strategies for efficiency. Implement sales enablement tools and training programs. 5. Customer Engagement & Market Penetration: Drive strategies to turn service interactions into sales opportunities. Develop tailored sales approaches for individual and corporate clients. Build long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Sales Performance & Analytics: Track sales performance metrics and analyze conversion rates and revenue growth. Conduct performance reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement. Utilize data insights to optimize sales strategies and maximize ROI. 7. Budgeting & Financial Management: Manage the direct sales budget to align with revenue targets.
