Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of assigned territory to achieve business objectives. Develop and execute strategies for fertilizer product sales, focusing on agricultural markets. Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers to drive revenue growth. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product launches or promotions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Fertilizers /Agro chemicals industry. B.Sc (Agriculture), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from a recognized university. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel management, marketing campaigns, and relationship building.
