Role & responsibilities Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for RMs/AMs/BMs/ROs, monitoring the performance towards individual targets & business goals. Business achievement as per goals fixed time to time and reviewing portfolio risk. Drive and Implement Sales strategy to deliver Net Income in compliance with organization's goals. Liaison with credit, risk, operation & IT department for seamless execution of finance schemes & implementation of new policies. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory/audit requirements. Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio. Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/ Post graduate with min 12 to 18 years of work experience in Microfinance. Should have managed large teams and geography (50 to 100 branches), with thorough understanding of the Kerala market. Exceptional customer facing and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates excellent leadership, time management and people skills. Ability to create an inclusive workplace through constant motivation and coaching. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Demonstrates excellent leadership, time management, organizational and reporting skills.
