Role Overview: We are hiring Zonal Managers Field Sales to spearhead our sales strategy and operations in Mumbai and Bangalore . The selected individuals will be responsible for overseeing all field sales activities within their zone, driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and leading a dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage field sales operations within the assigned zone (Mumbai or Bangalore) Build, train, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and corporate clients Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Report directly to senior leadership and provide strategic input for national sales planning Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational processes Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven experience in team management and regional business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone Other Details: Training Duration & Location: 1 Week in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Work Location: Mumbai / Bangalore (post-training) Bond Duration: 2 Years Joining: Immediate
