Role & responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive plans to elevate sales performance and guest satisfaction. By collaborating closely with franchise partners and providing guidance on product information and SOPs, the aim is to enhance the quality of ice cream offerings while maximizing revenue. The Zonal Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing, sales, operations, finance and people management, ensuring alignment with organizational objective. Develop both long-term and short-term business goals for the zone in alignment with organizational objectives. Conduct regular meetings to review weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business results within the zone. Monitor and analyse monthly, quarterly and yearly sales performance within the zone. Keep the team informed and updated on standard operating processes. Preferred candidate profile 8-9 years of experience in similar line of work and at least 18 months as a Relationship/Area Manager within the Restaurant/Cafe industry is preferable. Mastery in competitive selling, persuasion and forward-thinking problem-solving. Strong experience in franchisee management.
