Job Summary: The Zonal Project Manager will be responsible for executing and managing projects at the zonal level, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and objectives. This role involves revenue analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication with regional teams and channel partners to drive and achieve project targets. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Analysis: Conduct thorough revenue analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management. Project Implementation: Execute and manage zonal-level projects as planned by the corporate office. Ensure timely and successful implementation of projects within the assigned zone Drive and achieve the targets set for projects within the zone. Monitor project performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations to facilitate project execution. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals. Project Updates and Reporting: Collect and compile project updates from regional teams. Provide timely and accurate updates to the corporate office regarding project progress and any issues encountered. Channel Partner Support: Address and resolve issues faced by channel partners by connecting them with the appropriate departments. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly. Target Achievement The role may require travel within the zone to oversee project implementation and meet with regional teams and channel partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience in project management, preferably at a zonal or regional level. Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to connect channel partners with the right resources. Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve targets. Skills and Competencies: Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze revenue data and derive actionable insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate regional teams to achieve project goals. Problem-Solving: Quick and effective resolution of channel partner issues. Collaboration: Proactive in working with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
