Company: Scroll Ahead Private Limited Location: Zonal (Multiple Districts Field & Remote Coordination) Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director Salary: 75,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives About the Role: Scroll Ahead Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Head to lead and manage sales operations for our 360 Photography Services and QR Kit Sales across multiple districts. The selected candidate will oversee a team of District Heads , each managing their own field teams (20+ employees), ensuring consistent performance, strong execution, and revenue growth across the zone. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, guide, and motivate District Sales Heads and their field sales teams (20+ members total). Conduct weekly reviews, trainings, and goal-setting sessions to ensure district-wise performance. Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute zonal-level strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track daily sales activities related to 360 photography services and QR Kit sales . Market Development: Identify high-potential local businesses and segments (restaurants, retail, healthcare, etc.) for service outreach. Guide district teams on lead generation, pitching, and closing techniques. Operational Oversight: Ensure timely deployment of 360 photography and QR kits in coordination with the backend team. Handle escalations, resolve customer concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor district performance metrics and prepare detailed zonal sales reports. Work directly with the senior management team to forecast trends and improve sales strategies. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of sales and team management experience (preferably in digital marketing, tech services, or field sales). Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. Knowledge of digital tools, business listings, and QR tech is a strong advantage. Ability to work independently and take ownership of zone-level performance. Must be willing to travel within the assigned zone as needed.
