Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned zone to achieve business objectives. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular training and development programs for the sales team. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to exploit them. Maintain a strong understanding of industry and market dynamics. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints. Sales Operations: Oversee the sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales volume, revenue, and profitability. Implement sales promotions, campaigns, and incentives. Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management. Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless operations. Participate in management meetings and contribute to strategic planning. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth. Market penetration and expansion. Team performance and development. Customer satisfaction and retention. Effective implementation of sales strategies and plans. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Percentage of sales target achieved. Growth in market share. Number of new customers acquired. Customer retention rate. Sales team performance metrics. Timeliness and accuracy of sales reports. Deliverables: Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. Sales forecasts and budgets.
